»Criminal ›Law‹ in the Prediction Society: On the normative foundations of criminal law and their imminent transformations«
Christoph Burchard received his Ph.D. from the University of Passau in 2007 and his habilitation from the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich in 2015. Since 2015 he has held the position for Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, International and European Criminal Law, Comparative Law and Legal Theory at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main as well as Principal Investigator at the Cluster of Excellence »The Formation of Normative Orders«. Since 2019 he is a Goethe Fellow at the Forschungskolleg Humanwissenschaften.
