Event facilities at the Forschungskolleg Humanwissenschaften: Conferences, Workshops, Retreats

The Forschungskolleg Humanwissenschaften invites companies as well as scholars and scholarly institutions to hold events on its premises in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe. The Kolleg’s distance from and proximity to Frankfurt am Main and the Goethe University as well as its quiet location in the Villa Reimers park provide an extremely amenable environment for workshops and conferences as well as receptions, lectures, readings and international congresses.

Conference rooms
Our two modern equipped conference rooms provide space for workshops and conferences involving up to 60 participants. The Kolleg also has an auditorium that can be used for conferences and lectures involving up to 120 participants. In addition, the stylish atmosphere of the large salon in the Villa Reimers offers an informal environment for discussions and is also suitable for small readings and concerts.

Modules
The conference rooms can be booked by the day or for half a day. Events taking up a full day are provided with a choice between a buffet and warm dishes served at table. We would like to invite you to make an appointment to become personally acquainted with our conference building.

Service
The Kolleg provides modern equipment (laptops, beamers, microphones) as well as hot and cold drinks, cakes and fruit for participants during events. Our conference office is staffed during events to help with organization. Overnight stays in nearby hotels can be arranged. Additional services (e.g. technical support) can also be arranged and will be billed according to the time and effort involved.
