Lea Klarenbeek![]() Postdoctoral Fellow Resident at the Forschungskolleg Humanwissenschaften: September 2020–August 2021 Research topic at the Forschungskolleg Humanwissenschaften: »Relational Integration: membership, relational equality, and responsibility« Project outline: How are we to use the concept of integration in current studies on immigration and structural inequality? During my time at the Justitia Centre, I work on a manuscript for a book: ›Relational Integration: a Theoretical Framework for Empiricists‹. The book starts from the suggestion that we think of integration as a problem of relational inequality, and asks what the implications are of this theoretical move for empirical integration research.
