»Political Philosophy and the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict« (mit Daniel Statman)
Projektbeschreibung
The last two decades or so have witnesses significant progress in three topics in political philosophy: (1) territorial rights, (2) group rights, in particular the right to national self-determination, and (3) just war theory. The purpose of our book project is to use the research on these topics in order to offer a fresh look on key points of disagreement regarding the Jewish- or the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Yitzhak Benbaji ist auf Einladung des Direktors des Professor Matthias Lutz-Bachmann und Professor Christian Wiese Fellow am Forschungskolleg Humanwissenschaften. Sein Aufenthalt wird gefördert vom Frankfurt-Tel Aviv Center for the Study of Religious and Interreligious Studies.
