Fellows
International Fairness in London
Sarah Goff joins the London School of Economics

In her dissertation, Goff approached the subject of fair trade using case studies from the coffee and the textiles- and apparel industry. Her thesis described the responsibilities of individuals, corporations, and states to engage in fair trade. Until September 2013 Sarah Goff remains a postdoc-fellow with the DFG-Research Group »Justitia Amplificata«. After that, she will take a position as a fellow in the Government department at the London School of Economics.

During her fellowship year, she developed her research on fair trade in coffee, gender discrimination in labor markets, and the purposes of international assistance. She also began a new research project in that last-mentioned field: her latest project deals with forms of conditionality in international assistance.
